You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

3. AI-Generated Content

You own the designs you create using our AI tools
You are responsible for ensuring your designs do not infringe on third-party rights
We may use anonymized design data to improve our AI models
Designs must not contain illegal, harmful, or offensive content

4. Orders & Payment

Prices are in USD and include printing and packaging
Shipping costs are additional unless qualifying for free shipping
Payment is processed securely through Stripe
Orders are fulfilled by Printful and shipped directly to you

5. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not happy with your order, contact us for a full refund or free reprint. Defective items are always replaced at no cost.

6. Prohibited Use

You may not use Shirtgen.ai to create designs that are illegal, infringe on intellectual property, contain hate speech, or depict violence or explicit content.
